ClickFunnels Alternatives: Best Alternatives to ClickFunnels and Competitors, Pricing Compared
Eight ClickFunnels alternatives compared on August 2026 pricing read off each vendor's own page, plus the number every roundup leaves out: what each one charges you as a percentage of your sales, and what it charges for keeping your own Stripe account.
Why this tends to convert:
Data-informed, not guarantees
Where each one fits
ClickFunnels costs $97, $197, or $297 a month, plus an annual-only $5,997 tier, and its pricing page answers the revenue-share question with one line: "No. You'll keep every penny you make." That is true of the subscription. It is the detail that decides most of these comparisons and almost nobody prices it properly.
The cheaper names on every "ClickFunnels alternatives" list get to be cheaper partly by charging a percentage instead. Kartra Essentials is $59 and takes 5 percent of sales. Kajabi charges 5 percent on its entry plan and 2 percent on Basic if you process through your own Stripe. Run the arithmetic and Kartra Essentials costs more than ClickFunnels Launch the moment you sell about $760 a month, which is a low bar for anyone with a working funnel. Keeping your own payment processor carries its own charge on several of these platforms, including ClickFunnels, and that is the part the pricing pages handle least clearly.
Converto is not a funnel builder and is not trying to replace one. It does the job every platform on this page leaves open: paste a live URL, on any platform, and it audits the copy, layout, CTAs, page speed, and AI-readability of the page you already built, then hands back ready-to-ship variants. Self-serve from $19/mo, no contract, no percentage of anything. Suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees.

Best ClickFunnels alternatives in 2026, compared
Every price below was read off the vendor's own pricing page in August 2026. Where a vendor stopped publishing a figure, or where a widely repeated third-party number disagrees with what the vendor actually shows, we say so instead of copying what everyone else copied.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| ClickFunnels (baseline) | $97/mo Launch | $197/mo Scale | None published | Selling your own product end to end |

The number nobody puts in the comparison table
Several of the platforms marketed as cheaper alternatives get to be cheaper by charging a lower monthly fee and taking a slice of everything you sell. Both models are legitimate. They just cross over at a specific revenue number, and that number is small enough to matter.
Here is where each cheaper plan stops being cheaper. These assume you use each platform's own payment processor, which is the like-for-like case; keeping your own Stripe changes the numbers and is covered in the next section.
| Cheaper plan | Compared with | Monthly gap | Fee difference | Costs more once you sell |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kartra Essentials, $59 | ClickFunnels Launch, $97 | $38 | 5% vs 0% | about $760/mo |
| Kartra Essentials, $59 | Kartra Starter, $119 | $60 | 5% vs 0% | about $1,200/mo |
| Kajabi Basic, $179 | Kajabi Growth, $249 | $70 | 2% vs 1% | about $7,000/mo |
| Kajabi Growth, $249 | Kajabi Pro, $499 | $250 | 1% vs 0.5% | about $50,000/mo |
Read the last two rows again if you already sell on Kajabi. Because each Kajabi tier cuts the percentage it takes, the expensive plan is genuinely the cheap plan above a certain revenue, which is the opposite of how software pricing normally behaves. Past roughly $7,000 a month in sales through an outside processor, staying on Basic to save $70 costs you money. We work through the full ladder in the Kajabi pricing breakdown.
The Kartra rows matter for a different reason. Essentials caps you at one product and five pages, so almost nobody stays on it by choice, and the 5 percent fee means it stops being the cheaper option at about $1,200 a month in sales anyway. Treat $119 as Kartra's real price.
What each one charges for keeping your own Stripe
This is the fee that catches people, because it is not a plan feature and it is not on most comparison tables. Several of these platforms would prefer you use their in-house payment processing, and they price that preference in.
| Platform | Using its own processor | Using your own Stripe | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| ClickFunnels | 2.9% + $0.30 (reported) | Plus 1% gateway fee (reported); recurring billing must use its processor | Third-party, not on vendor page |
| Kajabi | 2.9% + $0.30, to 2.7% on Pro | Plus 5% to 0.5% by tier | Vendor pricing page |
| Kartra | Standard card rates | Plus 5% on Essentials only | Vendor pricing page |
| Systeme.io | Standard card rates | No platform fee | Vendor pricing page |
| GoHighLevel | Standard card rates | No platform fee | Vendor pricing page |
The ClickFunnels row deserves a caveat in both directions. Its pricing page answers the revenue-share question with "No. You'll keep every penny you make," and publishes no transaction fee anywhere. Independent reviewers writing in 2026 consistently report a 1 percent gateway surcharge when you connect your own Stripe, and that recurring subscription billing has to run through the native processor. We are labelling that reported rather than verified, because we could not confirm it at source, and you should ask ClickFunnels directly before budgeting a subscription business around it.
Kajabi is the opposite case: the surcharge is published plainly on its own pricing page, tier by tier. That transparency is worth something even though the fee is the largest here. Systeme.io and GoHighLevel take nothing either way, and Systeme.io doing it on a genuinely free plan is the surprising one.
Systeme.io: the only free plan worth taking seriously
Systeme.io has a free forever tier with 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course, unlimited email sends, and 1 custom domain, and it does not ask for a card. Startup is $17 a month with 5,000 contacts and unlimited funnels, Webinar is $47 with 10,000 contacts and automated webinars, and Unlimited is $97 with unlimited contacts, sub-accounts, and free migration. Annual billing gives you two months free. Transaction fees are zero on every tier, including the free one.
The honest caveat: the editor is plainer than ClickFunnels', the templates look their price, and the support experience is thinner. If you are selling a $2,000 program where the page has to look expensive, that gap is real. If you are validating an offer, or you already know your buyers came from a referral rather than the design, Systeme.io does the whole job for less than a month of ClickFunnels costs a year.
Kartra: the closest like-for-like swap
Kartra is the alternative that most resembles what ClickFunnels does. Essentials is $59 a month ($52 annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 course, 10,000 emails a month, one custom domain, no team members, and a 5 percent transaction fee. Starter is $119 ($99 annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and courses, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members, and no transaction fee. Growth is $229 ($189) at 12,500 contacts with 10 members and 3 domains. Professional is $549 ($429) at 25,000 contacts and 5 domains. There is a 14-day trial, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and no free plan.
Treat $119 as Kartra's real entry price. Essentials caps you at one product and five pages, which is not a business, and the 5 percent fee is the actual cost of staying there. At $119 against ClickFunnels Scale at $197 you get memberships and courses built in, which ClickFunnels charges separately for, and you give up the checkout sophistication and the affiliate center.
Kajabi: strong product, opaque entry price
Kajabi is where established course creators end up, and its August 2026 pricing page is worth reading carefully. Basic is $179 a month ($143 annual) with 5 products and 2 admin users. Growth is $249 ($199) with 50 products and 11 admins. Pro is $499 ($399) with unlimited products and 26 admins. Funnels are unlimited on every tier and the free trial runs 30 days, the longest in this comparison.
Two things to flag rather than repeat. First, the Starter tier appears in the vendor's own feature table with 1 product, 2 admin users, and a 5 percent outside-processor fee, but no price is displayed next to it. Third-party sites report $89 a month, or $71 annual, and that figure may well be right, but we could not confirm it at source and are labelling it reported rather than verified. Second, Kajabi restructured its pricing in January 2026 for the first time in nearly a decade and introduced the surcharge on outside payment processors at the same time. Any roundup still quoting pre-2026 Kajabi numbers has not rechecked them.
Using Kajabi Payments avoids the surcharge entirely: 2.9 percent plus 30 cents on Basic, dropping to 2.7 percent on Pro, which is ordinary card processing rather than a platform cut. The surcharge is the price of keeping your own Stripe account.
GoHighLevel: the agency answer, not the seller answer
GoHighLevel is $97 Starter with 3 sub-accounts, $297 Unlimited with unlimited sub-accounts and basic API access, and $497 Agency Pro with SaaS mode for reselling under your own brand. Contacts and users are unlimited on every tier, annual is ten months for twelve, and there is no free plan.
It is the wrong purchase for one business selling one product, and the right purchase for anyone managing pages and CRMs for many clients. The two do not really compete: ClickFunnels meters contacts and has no sub-accounts, so an agency with twenty clients needs twenty subscriptions, while GoHighLevel meters sub-accounts and does not care how big any one list gets. The full head-to-head is in GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels, the tier detail in the GoHighLevel pricing guide, and the wider agency-platform field on the GoHighLevel alternatives roundup.
One cost to budget separately: SMS, email, phone, and AI usage are billed on top of every GoHighLevel tier, and the HIPAA add-on is $297 a month on its own. The subscription is a floor, not a total.
When you only ever wanted the page
A large share of people shopping for a ClickFunnels alternative do not need a funnel platform at all. They need one good page with a form on it, and they are about to buy a CRM, an email service, a checkout, an affiliate center, and a course platform to get it.
Leadpages starts at $10 a month on HTML Pub (5 pages, 1 domain), $29 Pro (25 pages), and $49 Business (50 pages), with the full Leadpages tiers at $99 Grow, $199 Optimize, and $399 Scale. Its structural advantage is that every tier carries unlimited traffic, making it the only mainstream builder here that does not raise your bill when a campaign works. A/B testing starts at $99.
Unbounce runs $29 Starter, $99 Build, $149 Experiment, and $249 Optimize, with a 14-day trial that needs no card. Unlimited A/B testing starts at $149 and Smart Traffic at $249, so budget from $149 rather than $29. Note that a "visitor" includes popup and sticky-bar views, so a sitewide bar meters your whole site.
Landingi is the cheapest genuine builder at $24 a month for 2,000 visits and 10 pages, with server-side A/B testing starting at $119 Optimize. Several roundups claim Landingi offers $29 pricing and a free 500-visit plan; that did not match the vendor page when we checked, so treat it with caution.
The full builder comparison, including how each one meters traffic, is on the landing page builders roundup, with the individual breakdowns on Unbounce, Leadpages, and Landingi.
Why ClickFunnels is expensive, and when it is worth it
ClickFunnels is expensive because it is six products in a trench coat: pages, checkout, order bumps and upsells, email, courses, and an affiliate center. If you use four of those, $197 a month is competitive with buying them separately. If you use one, you are paying a bundle price for a page builder, which is the single most common reason people go looking for alternatives.
Where it genuinely earns the money is checkout. Order bumps, one-click upsells, and the affiliate center are more developed than anything else on this page, and a working upsell path routinely moves average order value more than any page change will. If you sell a product with a multi-step checkout, expect to give something up in a move, and price that against the saving.
The gate to watch is API access and webhooks, which start at Scale. If ClickFunnels needs to talk to anything else in your stack, and eventually it will, your price is $197 rather than $97. Every limit is broken down in the ClickFunnels pricing guide, and the direct comparison against us is on the ClickFunnels alternative page.
What none of these platforms will tell you
Every tool on this page gives you a canvas, templates, and hosting. Not one of them reads the page you published and tells you the headline describes your product instead of the buyer's outcome, that the CTA falls below the fold on a phone, that the form asks for seven fields when three would do, or that the largest element takes 4.2 seconds to render. You still have to know what to change, and the builder is silent on it.
Converto runs the other direction. Paste a live URL, including a ClickFunnels page you already built, and it scores the copy, layout, CTAs, page speed, and AI-readability, then generates ready-to-ship variants for the headline, CTA, and body copy that you paste back into whatever you use. No snippet, no traffic threshold, no rebuild, self-serve from $19/mo. Suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees, because nothing can honestly promise a specific lift from reading a page.
That matters more than the platform choice for most people reading this. Migrating takes weeks; auditing the page you have takes minutes. Run a landing page audit on your current funnel before you commit to a move, or start from why a landing page is not converting if the symptom is traffic arriving and nothing happening.
How to choose in five minutes
Answer three questions in order. First, do you sell something with a checkout on the page? If no, you do not need a funnel platform and should be comparing Leadpages, Unbounce, and Landingi instead, which cuts your budget by two thirds. If yes, keep going.
Second, how much do you sell in a month? Under about $760, the transaction-fee plans really are cheaper and Kartra Essentials or Systeme.io wins. Above it, price the flat-subscription options, and remember a percentage scales with success while a subscription does not.
Third, are you selling your own product or serving clients? Your own product points at ClickFunnels Scale at $197, Kartra Starter at $119, or Kajabi Basic at $179 if courses are the business. Serving clients points at GoHighLevel at $297, or Systeme.io Unlimited at $97 if you need sub-accounts without the CRM. Agencies auditing client pages at volume can start from agency landing page audits, and anyone weighing testing features should read A/B test sample size first, because most single funnels never reach the traffic those features need.

Questions
ClickFunnels alternatives alternative questions
What is the best ClickFunnels alternative?
For selling your own product, Kartra at $119 a month is the closest like-for-like swap, adding courses and memberships that ClickFunnels charges separately for. For agencies serving clients, GoHighLevel at $297 is the better structure because it has sub-accounts and ClickFunnels does not. For the cheapest real replacement, Systeme.io does the whole job from free to $97.
Is there a free alternative to ClickFunnels?
Systeme.io has a genuinely free forever plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 course, unlimited email sends, and 1 custom domain, and it takes no transaction fee and asks for no card. It is the only free tier in this comparison that can actually run a business. The editor and templates are plainer than ClickFunnels', which is the trade.
What is cheaper than ClickFunnels?
On sticker price, Systeme.io ($0 to $97), Kartra ($59 to $549), Landingi ($24), Unbounce ($29), and Leadpages ($10) all start below ClickFunnels' $97. On total cost the picture changes: Kartra Essentials charges 5 percent of sales and Kajabi charges up to 5 percent on outside processors, so a working funnel selling more than about $760 a month can make the cheaper plan the expensive one.
Does ClickFunnels take a percentage of your sales?
Its pricing page says no, in the words "You'll keep every penny you make," and publishes no revenue share on any tier. Independent reviewers report a 1 percent gateway surcharge if you connect your own Stripe, plus a rule that recurring billing must run through the native processor. Treat that as reported and confirm it before budgeting a subscription business.
Why is ClickFunnels so expensive?
Because it bundles six products: pages, checkout with order bumps and upsells, email, courses, an affiliate center, and contact management. If you use four of them, $197 is competitive with buying them separately. If you use one, you are paying a bundle price for a page builder, which is the most common reason people look for alternatives.
Can I build sales funnels without ClickFunnels?
Yes. A funnel is a sequence of pages ending in a checkout, and you can assemble that from a page builder plus a payment processor plus an email tool, often for less than $60 a month. The bundle buys you one login and one bill rather than a capability you cannot get elsewhere. It stops paying off when you only use part of it.
Is ClickFunnels worth it in 2026?
It is worth it if the checkout is the point. Order bumps, one-click upsells, and the affiliate center are more developed than anything comparable here, and they move average order value in ways a page change usually cannot. It is not worth it if you mainly wanted a landing page, because $97 a month buys a lot of page builder elsewhere.
What is the best ClickFunnels alternative for agencies?
GoHighLevel, because ClickFunnels has no client sub-accounts at any price. One $297 GoHighLevel subscription hosts unlimited client accounts, each with its own CRM, calendar, and phone number, while the same twenty clients on ClickFunnels means twenty separate subscriptions. Reselling under your own brand requires the $497 Agency Pro tier.
