ClickFunnels Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Costs

July 2026 · Converto

ClickFunnels costs $97 a month on Launch, $197 on Scale, and $297 on Optimize, with roughly 16 percent off if you pay annually ($81, $164, and $248 a month respectively). A fourth tier, Dominate, is annual only at $5,997 a year. There is no free plan. You get a 14-day free trial plus a 30-day money-back guarantee, so 44 days of low-risk evaluation. Prices verified on the ClickFunnels pricing page in July 2026. Last updated July 2026.

The headline number is the easy part. What actually decides whether ClickFunnels is expensive for you is the contact cap, the email send allowance, and how many of the bundled tools you would otherwise be paying for anyway. Here is the full breakdown, including the costs that do not appear on the pricing page at all.

ClickFunnels pricing: all four plans compared

Optimize$297$248/mo150,000750,0001010
DominateAnnual only$5,997/yr400,0001,200,0002020

Annualized, that is $972 a year for Launch, $1,968 for Scale, $2,976 for Optimize, and $5,997 for Dominate. Paying monthly instead costs you $194, $394, and $594 more per year on the first three tiers.

What every plan includes

ClickFunnels does not gate the core builder by tier, which is unusual and genuinely in its favor. Every plan, including the $97 Launch tier, gets unlimited funnels, unlimited landing pages and site pages, unlimited visitors, and unlimited hosting on global edge servers. The company also states there are no transaction fees on any plan, in its words "you'll keep every penny you make."

Where the tiers actually diverge:

OnboardingGroup callGroup callPrivate, 1 hourPrivate, 3 hours

Two of those matter more than the price difference suggests. API and webhook access starts at Scale, so if you plan to sync leads into a warehouse, a CRM you already own, or any internal system, the real entry price is $197 a month and not $97. The custom code editor has the same boundary, which catches teams who assumed they could drop in a tracking script or a custom component on the entry plan.

The costs the pricing page does not show

This is the part worth reading twice. As of July 2026 the official ClickFunnels pricing page says nothing about email sending costs, payment processing rates, or overage charges. It covers plan limits, the guarantee, domains, and hosting, and stops there. Third-party reviewers and pricing trackers writing in 2026 consistently report three additional line items:

Email sends billed separately. Reported at roughly $0.675 per 1,000 emails beyond the plan allowance. Treat this as reported rather than official.

Payment processing through the native processor. Reported at 2.9 percent plus $0.30 per transaction, with an additional 0.5 percent on recurring payments.

A surcharge for using your own Stripe. Reviewers report an extra 1 percent on transactions processed outside the native processor, and that recurring subscription billing has to run through it.

None of these figures appear on the vendor's own page, so confirm them with ClickFunnels before you budget around them. The point is not that the numbers are outrageous. It is that a $97 plan with a percentage on every sale behaves very differently from a $97 plan at $50,000 a month in revenue than it does at $2,000, and the sticker price will not tell you which one you are signing up for.

Which plan do you actually need?

Launch ($97/mo) fits a solo operator running one offer with a list under 10,000 and no need for API access. That is a real and common situation, and Launch is a fair deal for it.

Scale ($197/mo) is the plan most businesses end up on, because API access, the code editor, unlimited domains, and five seats are the things a team hits within a quarter. If you are comparing ClickFunnels to anything else, compare at $197, not $97.

Optimize ($297/mo) earns its keep on contact volume and the private onboarding hour, not on features. If your list is past 75,000 you are already there by necessity.

Dominate ($5,997/yr) is a commitment tier. At 400,000 contacts and 20 workspaces it is aimed at agencies and multi-brand operators, and the annual-only structure means you should be certain before you sign.

Is ClickFunnels expensive?

Only relative to what it replaces. Price it honestly against the tools it removes from your stack rather than against other page builders, because that is the comparison the bundle is designed to win. A rough replacement stack for the Launch tier: a landing page builder at $40 to $99 a month, an email platform for 10,000 contacts at $50 to $100, a course platform at $39 to $99, and a checkout tool at $29 to $79. That lands between $158 and $377 a month, which makes $97 look cheap if you genuinely use all four.

Flip it around and the math inverts. If you already run WordPress or Webflow, already pay for email, and are not selling courses, you are paying $97 a month for landing pages and nothing else. That is expensive, and it is why "cheaper alternative" is one of the most common searches attached to the product. Our comparison of ClickFunnels alternatives goes through the closest substitutes for each half of the bundle.

How it compares on price

ToolEntry priceWhat you get for it
ClickFunnels$97/moFunnels, pages, email, courses, checkout, CRM
UnbounceAbout $99/moLanding page builder with testing
InstapageAbout $99/moLanding page builder aimed at paid traffic
LeadpagesAbout $99/moPage builder, A/B testing on paid plans
LandingiFrom about $24/moLanding page builder, cheaper entry
Converto$19/moAudits a live page and writes the variants, no builder

Those are not equivalent products, and pretending otherwise is how people end up buying the wrong thing. The builders give you somewhere to make a page. An audit tool assumes the page exists and tells you what is wrong with it. If your pages are already live and simply are not converting, buying a second place to build pages does not address the problem. If you have no pages at all, an audit tool has nothing to read.

Frequently asked questions about ClickFunnels pricing

Does ClickFunnels have a free plan?

No. ClickFunnels has no free tier. It offers a 14-day free trial that requires a card, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee, which together give you about 44 days to evaluate it with limited financial risk. If free is a hard requirement, you are looking at page builders with free tiers or at keeping the pages you already have and improving them instead.

How much does ClickFunnels cost per year?

Billed annually, Launch is $972 a year, Scale is $1,968, Optimize is $2,976, and Dominate is $5,997. Paying month to month raises those to $1,164, $2,364, and $3,564 on the first three tiers. Annual billing saves $194, $394, and $594 a year respectively, which works out to roughly 16 percent.

Is ClickFunnels worth the price?

It is worth it if you use at least three of the bundled tools, because the replacement stack costs more than $97 a month. It is poor value if you only need landing pages, since you are funding a CRM, an email platform, and a course system you never open. The deciding question is not whether the software is good. It is how much of it you will actually use.

Can I cancel ClickFunnels anytime?

Monthly plans can be canceled and the 30-day money-back guarantee covers new accounts. The Dominate tier is sold annually only, so that commitment runs for the full year. Confirm the current cancellation and refund terms with ClickFunnels before you buy, since guarantee terms change more often than list prices do.

What is the cheapest way to get funnels that convert?

Usually not a new subscription. If you already have pages receiving traffic, the constraint is almost never the hosting platform. It is a headline that describes a feature instead of an outcome, a primary call to action competing with five other links, and a form asking for more information than the offer justifies. Fixing those on the pages you own costs less than any builder plan.

Before you buy anything

The order that wastes the least money is unglamorous. Work out what the current pages actually do wrong, fix that, then decide whether you need a new platform. Most teams do the reverse, migrate first, rebuild the same weak headline in a nicer editor, and conclude that funnels do not work for their market.

Recurring software is also where budgets quietly leak. A $97 line item is easy to approve and easy to forget, and it is worth seeing every recurring charge on the company card in one place before adding another one. Our breakdown of what conversion rate optimization actually costs covers the same question across tools, agencies, and in-house work, and the funnel optimization page walks through fixing a multi-step funnel without moving it anywhere.
