Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with the platform, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup, in US dollars. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data and ownership

You retain all rights to the pages you submit and the content you provide. We use the URLs and page content you enter solely to audit your page, generate variants, and provide the service. We claim no ownership over your pages or the variants generated for you.

Suggestions are advisory, not guarantees

Converto is a tool that audits a page you submit, scores it across copy, layout, CTAs, speed, and AI-readability, and generates suggested variants. Its suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees. Converto does not guarantee any specific conversion lift or business result, and any outcome depends on your page, your traffic, and your offer. Sample audit data shown on this site is illustrative only. You are solely responsible for deciding which suggestions to apply and for the changes you make to your pages.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Audit results and generated variants may be incomplete or imperfect, and Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of an audit or the performance of any generated variant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decision you make based on our suggestions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
