This Privacy Policy explains how Converto ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our landing page audit and variant generation tool. We aim to be plain and honest about what we do with data. Converto audits pages and generates suggested variants to help you improve conversions. Suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees, and we do not guarantee any specific conversion lift.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and a verification code we send to confirm it. If you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message. We also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you, along with any UTM parameters in the link you arrived from.

Pages and content you submit

When you ask us to audit a page, we process the URL you provide and the public content of that page so we can score it across copy, layout, CTAs, speed, and AI-readability and generate suggested variants. We use this content to produce your audit and variants and to improve the service. Suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees, and any sample audit data shown on this site is illustrative only. All figures are in US dollars.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account and confirm your email.
  • To audit the pages you submit, generate variants, and send you product communications about your access.
  • To respond to your messages and provide support.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and platform (for example, email delivery, AI and infrastructure providers, and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep account, audit, and contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls. An audit needs nothing installed on your site; a live-tracking snippet is optional and only used if you choose to add it. Enterprise plans add SSO, audit logging, and additional deployment options.

Suggestions are data-informed, not guarantees

Converto's audits and variants are advisory. They explain why a change tends to convert, grounded in conversion research, and let you test it. Nothing on the site or in the product guarantees any specific conversion lift or business result, and results depend on your page, your traffic, and your offer. Sample audit data shown on this site is illustrative. You are responsible for the changes you choose to make.

Your choices
