GoHighLevel White Label Pricing: SaaS Mode Costs

· Converto

Short answer: GoHighLevel does not sell a product called "white label" at a published price. What agencies mean by the phrase is three separate things bought three separate ways: rebranding the web app, reselling the platform under your own billing, and shipping your own mobile app. Only two of those have a number on the pricing page. SaaS Mode, the one that lets you bill clients as your own software company, requires Agency Pro at $497 a month. The white label mobile app is a $497 a month add-on on top of that, which is the line most agencies do not budget for, because it costs exactly as much as the plan it sits on.

Last updated September 2026. Plan and add-on prices were read at gohighlevel.com/pricing on September 4, 2026. Rebilling and usage rules come from GoHighLevel's own help portal, whose billing guide was last updated September 1, 2026. Where a figure comes from somewhere else, it says so.

GoHighLevel white label pricing at a glance

The reason this question does not have a single answer is that GoHighLevel's pricing page never uses the phrase as a plan name. It appears once, as an add-on. Everything else people call white-labeling is bundled into tiers that are named after something else. Here is the map.

What you actually wantWhat it is calledPublished price

Note the first row. GoHighLevel's pricing page lists the features of each tier plainly, and visual rebranding is not among them at any price point. Agency write-ups widely place it on the $297 Unlimited plan, and that matches how the tiers are structured, but we could not find GoHighLevel stating a plan requirement for it in its own documentation. Treat the $297 figure for visual branding as reported rather than official, and confirm it on a trial before you promise a client a branded login.

Why SaaS Mode is the number that matters

If you are asking about white label pricing because you want to resell GoHighLevel as your own software and bill for it, the answer is $497 a month for Agency Pro, and there is no cheaper route. GoHighLevel's help portal is explicit that rebilling with markup is only available on the $497 plan. The $297 Unlimited plan will pass usage costs to your clients, but only at cost, which means you carry the platform fee and make nothing on the messages.

That distinction is the whole business model. On Unlimited you are an agency that uses software. On Agency Pro you are a software company that bills clients. The $200 a month between them buys automated sub-account creation, the Stripe billing configurator, and the right to add a margin. For an agency with ten clients paying $200 a month each, that $200 gap is recovered in a single day of the month.

It also changes what your back office has to do. A services agency sends a handful of invoices and knows every client by name. A software business bills every account on the same day, watches a percentage of those cards decline, and has to decide how hard to chase each one before the account suspends. That collections work is a real cost of going SaaS, and it is worth deciding early whether you will automate the follow-up on overdue invoices or absorb it as admin time, because at fifty accounts the manual version stops being viable.

The markup math nobody explains before you commit

Here is where the reselling economics get less attractive than the pitch, and it is the part worth reading before you build a pricing page around it.

When you rebill usage, you set a multiplier on GoHighLevel's base rate. The default multiplier is 1.05x, and GoHighLevel's own documentation says that default exists to cover payment processing fees. In other words, at the setting the platform ships with, you are not making money on rebilled usage. You are breaking even on Stripe. Every agency that switches rebilling on, leaves the default alone, and assumes usage is now a profit center is running a pass-through with extra steps.

There is a second layer under that. GoHighLevel applies a fixed 5 percent markup at the sub-account level to A2P registration, carrier fees, and verified caller ID charges. Your own multiplier is then applied after that markup. So a client's invoice line for a carrier fee has been marked up twice: once by the platform, once by you. If you set a deliberately thin margin to look competitive against another agency, your real margin is higher than you advertised, and if a client ever audits a pass-through fee against the carrier's public rate, the discrepancy is not an error. It is the documented design.

LayerWhat happensWho sets it
1. Carrier costThe raw A2P, carrier or caller ID chargeThe carrier
2. Platform markupFixed 5 percent added at sub-account levelGoHighLevel
3. Agency multiplierApplied to the already-marked-up number, default 1.05xYou
4. ProcessingStripe fee assessed on the billed totalStripe

The practical takeaway: if you want a real 30 percent margin on rebilled usage, do not set the multiplier to 1.3x and assume the job is done. Model it against the rate after the platform's 5 percent, and price the Stripe fee in deliberately rather than letting the default absorb it.

What GoHighLevel actually charges you for usage

You cannot price a white-label offer without knowing your own cost of goods. GoHighLevel publishes a full rate card, though not on the pricing page. It is in the LC Phone pricing and billing guide in the help portal, last updated September 1, 2026. These are the numbers your margin sits on top of.

Usage itemYour cost
SMS, US and Canada, per segment$0.00747
Outbound call, per minute$0.0166
Inbound call, web or mobile, per minute$0.01165
Inbound toll-free call, per minute$0.0198
Local phone number, per month$1.15
Toll-free phone number, per month$2.15
Call recording, per minute$0.0025
Call transcription, per minute$0.024
Number validation, per call$0.005
WhatsApp marketing message, North America$0.0263
WhatsApp utility message, North America$0.0036

Two of these will surprise you when the first invoice lands. Call transcription costs about 1.4 times the outbound call it transcribes, so a client package that includes "recorded and transcribed calls" more than doubles your phone cost of goods rather than adding a rounding error. And an inbound toll-free minute costs more than an outbound minute, which is the opposite of how most agencies build a call package. If you are selling a toll-free number as a premium feature, make sure the premium you charge covers the premium you pay.

The true cost of a fully branded GoHighLevel offer

Add the pieces up honestly. An agency that wants the full white-label experience, its own app, its own billing, and a branded portal for each client, is not spending $497 a month.

Line itemMonthly
Agency Pro (SaaS Mode, markup rebilling)$497
White label mobile app$497
Branded client portal, 10 sub-accounts at $49$490
Subtotal before usage$1,484
SMS, calls, numbers and AIMetered on top

That is roughly three times the advertised price of the plan people quote when they say GoHighLevel white label costs $497. The mobile app is the single biggest jump, and it is the one worth interrogating hardest, because it is a flat $497 a month whether you have three clients or three hundred. At three clients it is $166 per client per month of pure overhead. At a hundred it is $5. Buy it when your client count makes it cheap, not when your pitch deck wants it.

The branded client portal is the opposite shape: it is $49 per sub-account, so it never gets cheaper per client and it scales with exactly the thing you are trying to grow. Seven of GoHighLevel's fourteen published add-ons are billed per sub-account, which is worth internalizing before you build a business on adding sub-accounts. We break all fourteen down, with the charging unit for each, in our full guide to GoHighLevel pricing.

Is the Enterprise plan cheaper than buying the add-ons?

Sometimes, and you can check without a sales call. GoHighLevel lists what Enterprise bundles: premium support, the white label mobile app, and HIPAA compliance all included in the purchase, plus a dedicated Slack channel, raised API limits, quarterly business reviews, and Enterprise reporting. Bought individually on Agency Pro those three add-ons are $500, $497, and $297 a month, so $1,294 of add-ons on a $497 plan, a floor of about $1,791 a month.

Use that as your benchmark. If an Enterprise quote lands near $1,791 and you genuinely need all three, it is a fair deal and the Slack channel and business reviews are upside. If you only need the mobile app, buy the mobile app and stay on Agency Pro. Agencies routinely get talked up a tier for one feature they could have bought for $497.

Frequently asked questions

How much does GoHighLevel white label cost?

There is no single white label price. Reselling the platform under your own brand with your own billing requires Agency Pro at $497 a month, which is the number most people mean. A branded mobile app is a separate $497 a month add-on, and a branded client portal is $49 a month per sub-account. A fully branded offer with ten client portals runs about $1,484 a month before any usage charges.

Do I need the $497 plan to white label GoHighLevel?

You need it for SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, and rebilling with a markup. GoHighLevel's help portal states plainly that rebilling with markup is only available on the $497 plan. The $297 Unlimited plan lets you rebill phone and email at cost, with no margin. If your model is reselling software for profit, $497 is the entry price and there is no way around it.

Can you make money rebilling usage on GoHighLevel?

Yes, but not at the default setting. The default rebilling multiplier is 1.05x and GoHighLevel's documentation says it exists to cover payment processing fees, so at the default you break even rather than profit. You have to raise the multiplier deliberately. Also account for the fixed 5 percent markup GoHighLevel applies to carrier and A2P fees at the sub-account level before your multiplier is applied.

Is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode worth $497 a month?

It pays for itself quickly if you actually resell. Three clients at $200 a month covers the plan with margin left, and the gap over the $297 tier is only $200. It is poor value if you sell marketing services and simply use the platform to deliver them, because SaaS Mode, automated provisioning, and markup rebilling are the only things you are buying, and a services agency uses none of them.

Does the white label mobile app cost extra?

Yes. It is a $497 a month add-on on top of your plan, or it is included if you negotiate an Enterprise contract. It is a flat agency-level fee rather than a per-client one, so its cost per client falls as you grow. At three clients it is $166 per client per month; at a hundred clients it is $5.

Before you brand it, make sure it converts

One thing worth saying plainly, because the reselling pitch tends to skip it. White-labeling changes whose logo is on the login screen. It does not change whether the funnels inside it turn visitors into leads, and that is what your clients are actually paying you for. An agency that resells a branded platform is now accountable for the conversion rate of every page in it, which is a much harder promise than the one it replaced.

Most churn in reselling agencies traces back to a client who could not point at a result. If you are about to put your name on the software, it is worth having a repeatable way to prove the pages are improving. Converto audits a live URL and writes the headline, CTA, and copy replacements you paste back into the builder, which is the part of the job that no platform fee covers. Our GoHighLevel funnel optimization page covers how that works on pages built in GoHighLevel specifically, and the agency landing page audits page covers running it across a client roster.

If you are still deciding whether GoHighLevel is the right platform to build a software business on, our GoHighLevel alternatives roundup compares the field on the tier that unlocks white-label reselling rather than the tier each vendor advertises, which is the number that actually decides the budget.
